Our team operates a fleet of mobile units to deliver essential audiometric and respiratory screening services directly to industrial work sites.
About the Role
We are seeking couples and partners to join our driving technician team for a unique opportunity to travel 100% across the USA. This position is designed for teams who wish to experience the country from city to city, rather than being confined to interstate travel. Unlike traditional trucking roles, this position offers a lifestyle of staying in comfortable hotels with private facilities each night, utilizing modern power units such as Dodge 4500, F-550, and F-650 models.
The role involves conducting health screenings at various client locations. Teams will work a schedule of five days of testing followed by a weekend of rest, with rare weekend shifts compensated with equivalent time off. While the work requires physical activity, such as escorting groups to mobile units and lifting moderate weights, it is performed without direct supervision, allowing for a high degree of autonomy.
Hiring Process
Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-8 week training program covering both office procedures and field operations to ensure proficiency in HCI health screening services. Upon completion, technicians will be equipped with medical scrubs and ready to begin their travels.
