About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a major multi-phase data center construction program based onsite in Lubbock, Texas. This development consists of a large-scale, multi-building campus currently under construction, delivered in phases over several years.

In this role, you will be the financial guardian of a complex, fast-paced construction site environment. You will work closely with client stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to ensure strong cost governance, accurate financial controls, and alignment across multiple workstreams throughout the project lifecycle. Your day-to-day involves partnering with the team to turn challenge into opportunity and complexity into success, ensuring that cost planning, reporting, change control, and commercial coordination are executed with precision.

Requirements
