About the Role
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Cost Estimator to join our New York City office within our Civil Department. This role is designed for a professional with specific experience in public transportation infrastructure, including highways, rail, bridges, and building facilities. You will play a critical part in our project delivery by developing preliminary and independent cost estimates, analyzing alternative design options, and providing detailed bid analysis and award recommendations to owners. Your work will directly support the efficient management of projects ranging from $1M to $500M, ensuring that our clients receive accurate financial planning and scheduling throughout the design and construction phases.

- verifiedConstruction Scheduling experience using Primavera P6
- verifiedExperience reviewing construction project plans and specifications
- verifiedExcellent computer software skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
