About the Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Tax Partner to serve as the growth engine for our Chicago tax practice. This role is pivotal in spearheading the expansion of a major market practice, specifically focusing on growing tax compliance and provision outsourcing services for middle-market and private equity–backed clients.
The Role
As a leader in this position, you will build, lead, and grow the Chicago tax practice by designing strategy, expanding service offerings, developing talent, and strengthening client relationships. You will be responsible for driving operational and financial performance while executing the firm's tax vision for the Chicago market. The ideal candidate will blend big-firm resources with small-firm flexibility, operating within an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and growth-focused culture that maintains a strong commitment to professional development.
Location and Environment
Based in Chicago with limited regional travel, this role offers the opportunity to work in an environment that values cross-service line collaboration and industry group engagement. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
