About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Enrollment Coordinator to support the Payer Enrollment Department. This role plays a critical part in ensuring providers are properly enrolled with government and commercial payers, enabling seamless operations and continued growth. The position focuses heavily on behavioral health provider enrollment and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position located in Cumberland, RI. The on-site requirement is necessary due to the physical handling of mail and documentation essential to the workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Nice to Have

1–2 years of experience with payer enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare administration. Experience working with government payers (Medicare/Medicaid). Familiarity with insurance processes or healthcare systems.
