The NBCUniversal Advertising and Partnerships Communications team drives the narrative for a dynamic division, advancing business objectives through strategic external communications. We are a proactive group dedicated to media relations, executive communications, product storytelling, and thought leadership.
About the Role
We are seeking a self-starter ready to roll up their sleeves and support the full spectrum of our external communications. This role is designed for someone who thrives on variety, moving seamlessly from high-level executive briefings to granular media tracking and operational duties.
In this position, you will be a key member of the team, helping to execute external initiatives and amplify our announcements. Your day will involve crafting social copy, developing briefing materials for public-facing opportunities, and managing the logistics of speaking engagements and awards submissions. You will also play a vital role in keeping the division informed by researching industry news, drafting summaries, and supporting our Weekly Update email.
Beyond content creation, you will manage the operational backbone of our communications strategy. This includes updating editorial calendars, maintaining task management systems (including AI workflows), and ensuring all communications are streamlined, accurate, and relevant. You will serve as a liaison with key external contacts and organizers while assisting in the growth of our digital communication efforts.
