About the Role

Property Insight is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Employee Experience Coordinator and Executive Assistant to join our team in Maitland, FL. This is a unique, multi-faceted position designed to bridge the gap between executive support and organizational culture. The role is split evenly: approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to driving employee engagement activities, promoting a positive company culture, and building strong connections across our network of offices. The remaining 50% will focus on providing high-level support to our President and managing office administration.

In this capacity, you will serve as a vital link between leadership and our workforce. You will collaborate with in-field contacts across 4-5 offices to coordinate internal communications, such as newsletters and emails, and organize events that foster team spirit. You will also manage related budgets and ensure the smooth daily operations of our Maitland office. Success in this role requires a proactive approach and the ability to navigate interactions with employees at all levels while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Hiring Process

We are looking for a college graduate or a candidate with commensurate experience of 5+ years. If you possess strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio), we encourage you to apply. Prior experience in human resources, employee engagement, event planning, or office coordination is highly preferred. Additionally, candidates who are a Notary Public or willing to become one will be considered a strong fit.
