About the Role
Join the Outback family as an Outbacker where you will make memorable first and last impressions with all our customers. As a Cook, you will help provide each customer with an "AUS-SOME" dining experience that makes each guest's day better. You will support our commitment to bringing the best of who we are to deliver perfectly tailored service to every guest.
Our kitchen is well-designed with large working areas, offering Line Cook positions in Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill, and Make Up, as well as Kitchen Prep Cook roles. You will take pride in preparing a diverse menu with speed and accuracy, working as a team to achieve high standards in food preparation and delivery. We offer a hospitable culture that recognizes hard work, effort, perseverance, and leadership, with plenty of future possibilities to advance your career through our Shift Leader program.
