About the Role

We are growing our team and looking for a Contracts Manager who understands the real-world impact of getting the details right. This role is ideal for someone fluent in FAR/DFARS, experienced in supporting complex government contracts and proposals, and motivated to contribute to a team where contracts are strategic and mission-critical, not just administrative.

In this position, you will manage a portfolio of U.S. government contracts from pre-award to closeout. You will serve as a strategic partner to Business Development, Finance, Security, Program Management, and Legal, ensuring that contract terms align with execution needs while mitigating risk. Your work will directly influence the success of DoD and Intelligence Community missions by ensuring compliance, streamlining processes, and maintaining audit-ready records.

Your First Six Months

In your first six months, you will take ownership of a portfolio of active DoD and IC contracts, leading reviews and active negotiations while managing execution risks. You will partner cross-functionally to support proposals and streamline processes. Additionally, you will identify and implement at least one improvement to a contract management process to increase efficiency or reduce risk.
