The Contractor Management Supervisor leads and directs the Contractor Management team, ensuring all contractor activities align with company policies, site requirements, and food safety standards. This role provides day-to-day leadership, sets expectations, and ensures consistent execution across contractor management processes while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams and service providers.
You will foster a high-performance culture through clear direction, support, and accountability. Your day will involve facilitating daily contractor meetings to drive engagement and alignment, overseeing document coordinators to ensure audit-ready records, and serving as the primary escalation point for compliance issues. You will partner cross-functionally with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure contractor work supports site priorities and business objectives.
