The West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) is a community-based organization responding to the critical need for low-cost housing. Our mission is to provide safe, affordable housing with supportive services within a residential setting that enhances the independence and dignity of each person. WSFSSH develops, manages, and provides social services in housing for low-income persons, especially those who are older, who have experienced homelessness, and who live with mental illness.
The Contracts Analyst serves as a vital link between our financial operations and our mission-driven programs. Reporting directly to the Manager of Contracts and Grants, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of government contract and grant activities. Beyond routine administration, the Analyst will support special projects and collaborate with senior management to ensure our financial infrastructure supports our housing initiatives.
This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring four days of on-site work and one day working from home. The role demands a high level of precision and organization, as you will be the guardian of compliance for federal, state, city, and private grant funding.
Interested candidates should submit their application through our official channels. The selection process typically involves a review of qualifications followed by an interview with the hiring manager and relevant team members.
