The Contract Acquisition Manager serves as a critical link in executing the Company's fiber-optic network strategy across North America. This role is dedicated to managing the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party fiber and conduit agreements, from initial quoting and negotiation to final delivery and acceptance.
In this position, you will navigate complex negotiations while simultaneously tracking and reporting on key delivery metrics. You will act as the bridge between internal organizations and external vendors, ensuring that assets meet or exceed Lumen's rigorous quality standards. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of industry standards, including fiber testing, delivery protocols, and the execution of critical legal documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
