We are seeking a collaborative self-starter to join our Education department as a Continuing Education Horticulture Instructor. In this part-time seasonal capacity, you will teach a variety of horticulture classes designed for professional development, including the Brooklyn Botanic Garden's Certificate in Horticulture program.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in their subject area and a proven ability to teach diverse learning styles. You will work independently to deliver scheduled classes while collaborating with staff to manage preparatory logistics. Your role involves grading student assignments and reviewing evaluations to continuously improve teaching practices and learning outcomes.
