Our mission is to partner with universities, athletic departments, and brand partners to develop and execute high-impact content strategies that serve all stakeholders. About the Role

The Content Producer is a pivotal on-site leader who bridges the gap between creative vision and execution. Reporting to the Learfield Studios Content Team and collaborating closely with on-site sales, you will serve as the primary liaison between the athletic department, student-athletes, and our national and local sales networks. Your day-to-day involves ideating, creating, and executing a robust NIL content offering that delivers measurable results across digital platforms.

You will be the creative engine behind multimedia audio/video, motion graphics, podcasts, and live streams. Beyond production, you will build trust with student-athletes, setting them up for success by sharing best practices and acting as an on-campus resource. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing everything from pre-production research and creative concepting to post-production analysis and distribution strategy. You will not only produce content but also evolve the best practices for NIL content creation, ensuring alignment with NCAA rules and university standards.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will engage in a comprehensive interview process designed to assess both creative capability and cultural fit. This typically includes:

1. Initial Screening: A conversation with the recruiting team to discuss background and role alignment.
2. Portfolio Review: A deep dive into your previous work, focusing on video production, graphic design, and content strategy.
3. Creative Challenge: A practical assessment or presentation of a concept for a NIL video series or brand integration.
4. Team Interviews: Discussions with the Content Team, Sales Leadership, and Athletic Department representatives to evaluate collaboration skills and strategic thinking.
5. Final Offer: Selection and onboarding coordination.
