CallRail is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute copy and content strategies that drive engagement across all stages of the buyer and customer journeys. In this role, you will partner with the content and SEO team to ideate and write diverse content assets—including case studies, blog posts, and ebooks—designed to help CallRail prospects and customers grow their marketing efforts.
You will constantly seek to align content marketing strategy with a deepening understanding of who our customers and leads are, what pain points they bring to the buying decision, and the specific stages of their journey toward conversion. Your work will involve proposing, writing, and editing content that directly addresses these insights.
A key part of your day will involve leveraging AI tools to enhance content research, ideation, drafting, and optimization while maintaining strict editorial quality and strategic oversight. You will champion experimentation with new content formats, AI-driven discovery channels, and evolving search behaviors to expand reach and improve performance, ensuring CallRail remains competitive and innovative in the SaaS landscape.
