We are seeking a Lead Construction Superintendent to oversee $30M+ ground-up projects within the Philadelphia area. This role is designed for a professional with 5+ years of experience in construction field supervision, specifically with ground-up commercial projects valued at $20M or more. The position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on today's society and the next generation while enjoying accelerated career growth. As a local-only role with no travel required, you will work directly with top clients to help revolutionize the construction industry.
