The Senior Project Manager serves as the central leader for cross-functional teams managing multiple construction and renovation projects across a large geographic area for enterprise, consumer goods, and services clients. This role exists to ensure projects meet established goals from initiation through completion, overseeing design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders while driving continuous process improvement.
In this position, you will demonstrate full accountability for the end-to-end management of projects, including renovations, building infrastructure, large remodels, and new construction. You will lead entire project teams consisting of architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, property management, and client stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves managing various phases of projects in different locations, from project initiation and design through planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction, and financial closeout. You will provide weekly updates on project schedules, risks, and budget status, while developing risk management plans to ensure no impacts or incidents within critical environments.
