About the Role
We are currently seeking a Construction Laborer for a long-term assignment in Southeast Florida. This is a year-round position designed for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, travel-intensive environment. The role involves performing hard physical manual labor across various job sites, primarily along the East Coast.
You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, hauling and hoisting materials, digging trenches, and maintaining a clean work area. Success in this role requires the ability to walk 10-15 miles daily, often navigating steep slopes, and lifting 75 pounds frequently throughout the workday. You must be prepared to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, ranging from hot to cold.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, with significant overtime opportunities. Employees are paid weekly on Fridays. The position includes a weekly per diem, company-paid housing, and covered travel expenses. Additional benefits include paid training, health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k plan with an employer match.
