About the Role
This position is dedicated to preparing and cooking food items that deliver high-quality taste and appearance, ensuring guest satisfaction while maximizing food revenues. You will be an essential part of the kitchen team, working in a fast-paced environment to maintain the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Your day will involve observing and practicing established health and sanitation procedures, ensuring all products are prepared, held, and served at correct temperatures. You will manage proper rotation, labeling, and dating of products while maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized work area. The role requires coordinating orders for timely and accurate cooking, assisting with restocking supplies, and performing opening and closing procedures. You may be assigned to work multiple stations throughout your shift and will be expected to assist other positions as needed.
