About the Role

As a Computer Network Defense (CND) Analyst, you will serve as a critical defender within the enterprise, protecting, monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to unauthorized activity within assigned information systems and computer networks. You will act as an expert on CND requirements, utilizing IA tools and techniques to perform compliance analysis, correlation, tracking, and remediation.

In this role, you will employ cybersecurity capabilities to respond to CND alerts and emerging situational awareness or threats. You will provide technical analysis and sustainment support for enterprise IA tools and applications, assisting with the application of Defense-In-Depth signatures and perimeter defense controls to diminish network threats. This position requires a deep understanding of the operational landscape within federal environments, including the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and Federal Civil agencies.

Work Environment

This position is based at DLA Land and Maritime in Columbus, OH, within a low-noise office environment. The standard schedule is a day shift, Monday through Friday, though evenings and weekends may be requested to meet program and contract needs.
