About the Role
A nationwide tech services company is seeking a Computer Field Technician to perform on-site hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops. This role is designed to support customers directly through hands-on technical assistance.
What You Will Do
As a Mobile Computer Field Technician, you will travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair hardware issues. You will be responsible for installing and configuring devices, ensuring they are fully operational before leaving the site. This role requires you to log into a tech portal daily for route planning and customer interaction, to coordinate with customers regarding service appointments.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in computer hardware repair. You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel locally to various job sites. This is a 1099 position, offering flexible schedules based on completed calls.
