About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Support Specialist to join our team. This role is vital to our bank's integrity, supporting the compliance program by assisting with monitoring, analysis, and regulatory updates to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and internal policies.
As a Compliance Support Specialist, you will help ensure we meet regulatory requirements, reduce risk, and uphold strong ethical standards. You will play a key role in keeping our organization compliant and on track by supporting Residential Quality Control processes, HMDA data reporting, and Fair Lending analysis to promote equitable treatment of all borrowers.
Your day will involve reviewing and analyzing business unit procedures, monitoring updates from regulatory agencies, and collaborating with leadership to resolve compliance concerns. You will also assist in administering the bank's regulatory training platform, ensuring users are onboarded and courses are assigned effectively.
