About the Role
As a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment dedicated to creating a fun, inclusive work culture that values creativity, authenticity, and outstanding guest service. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual passionate about numbers who will contribute to the smooth financial operations of the establishment.
You will oversee and support day-to-day accounts payable functions, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of invoices, payments, and financial records. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong vendor relationships, supporting month-end closing activities, and assisting with process improvements within the accounting department. Additionally, you may provide guidance and support to junior accounting or AP team members, helping to streamline processes and increase efficiency while maintaining the confidentiality of financial and employee information.
