Wilson Elser's Los Angeles/Orange County office is seeking a Complex Liability Defense Attorney specializing in Ski Resorts to join a team of talented professionals. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to represent and defend ski resorts and mountain recreation operators in litigation and advisory matters.
You will focus on civil defense involving personal injury claims, premises liability, risk management, and regulatory compliance related to ski area operations and outdoor recreation activities.
