About the Role
We are seeking a Competitive Math Coach to drive excellence in math instruction across our elementary schools. This role exists to push scholars to high levels of achievement by designing and leading advanced problem-solving sessions and preparing students for rigorous math competitions. You will serve as a bridge between core curriculum and competition-level thinking, collaborating with teachers and school leaders to embed these strategies into daily learning.
In this position, you will analyze student data to refine curriculum and model innovative teaching strategies. Your day will involve providing targeted small-group and one-on-one coaching for advanced scholars, developing practice sets and problem banks, and leading after-school and weekend math clubs. You will also communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and competition schedules, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school.

Requirements
