We are seeking a Competitive Math Coach to drive excellence in math instruction across our elementary schools. This role exists to push scholars to high levels of achievement by designing and leading advanced problem-solving sessions and preparing students for rigorous local and national competitions.
In this position, you will serve as a bridge between core curriculum and competition-level thinking. You will collaborate with teachers and school leaders to embed advanced strategies into daily instruction while providing targeted small-group and one-on-one coaching for advanced math scholars. Your day will involve analyzing student data to refine instructional plans, developing enrichment materials, and leading after-school and weekend math clubs. You will also communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and competition schedules, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school.
