This safety-sensitive role is pivotal to the operational and financial success of our residential properties. You will serve as the leader for on-site staff, fostering their personal and professional growth while ensuring high employee job satisfaction and resident service standards. The position requires adherence to pre-designated office hours to maintain effective community operations.
Your day-to-day impact involves managing the full lifecycle of property administration. You will oversee leasing procedures to meet occupancy and rental rate goals, control expenses through inventory management, and ensure timely revenue collection. A key part of your responsibility is protecting owner assets through rigorous unit inspections during check-in and check-out. Beyond financials, you will drive team culture by recruiting, training, and motivating on-site employees, conducting orientations, and evaluating performance to maintain positive employee relations.
Maintaining the property's appearance and safety is central to this role. You will ensure the community remains neat, clean, and well-maintained by executing preventative maintenance schedules and conducting daily interior and exterior inspections. You will also be the point of contact for resident satisfaction, handling leasing forms and maintenance orders, and remaining available for on-call emergencies to ensure a safe environment for all residents.

Requirements
