This position serves as the strategic anchor for the bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance and community development initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of community development lending and investment data collection and reporting, ensuring the bank meets all regulatory requirements. Beyond data integrity, you will act as a subject matter expert, providing critical training and guidance to market leadership and bank staff on qualified community development activities.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Treasury Department and tax credit investment teams to identify and structure complex, innovative community development investments. As the team lead for the bank's CRA retail products, you will drive the monthly monitoring of loan and investment performance, analyze gaps against annual goals, and develop strategies to ensure targets are met. Your work will directly support the bank's annual CRA performance self-assessments and examination preparations, ensuring transparency and excellence in our community impact.
