The Adventure Ted Coin project is a groundbreaking campaign dedicated to scaling our mission of raising funds and awareness for families battling childhood cancer. Centered around Adventure Ted, our superhero spokes-bear, the initiative aims to radiate hope, positivity, and the spirit of adventure nationwide. The project includes a crypto token launch projected for September 2025 (Childhood Cancer Awareness Month), which will be integrated into the Adventure Ted Challenge and promoted by Brand Ambassadors.

As a Communications Team Intern, you will dive into the heart of the communications industry, collaborating with seasoned professionals in Public Relations and Talent Management. This is a transformative 4-month journey where you will engage directly with the Communications Director of the Childhood Cancer Society.\n You will work closely with a diversified team of creators, influencers, and supporters to lead national campaigns. This role offers real-world experience through deep collaboration with Childhood Cancer Society leadership and a broader member network, enriching your professional expertise while uplifting our global outreach initiatives. You will contribute across key committees, including Social Media, Weekly Search Parties for prospective collaborations, and the "Share to Care" campaign to bolster engagement with our content.
This position is designed to immerse you in our unique brand voice. You will embrace the adventures of Adventure Ted, absorbing our narrative across digital platforms to craft impactful post-language and manage weekly content. The role fosters a collaborative environment where you can see the tangible impact of your work, such as the wish grant reveals shared by past collaborators.
To ensure consistent collaboration and strategic alignment, this role requires participation in mandatory Zoom meetings twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays, 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM EST). These sessions serve as the hub for brainstorming, strategizing, and connecting with the team.
