About the Role
The Communications Specialist serves as a critical bridge between corporate leadership and our store-level teams. This role ensures that messaging is clear, consistent, and perfectly aligned with our brand identity. You will be instrumental in translating executive initiatives into actionable, easy-to-understand communications for frontline employees, driving operational alignment and engagement across all retail locations.
In this position, you will manage the flow of internal communications, from drafting memos and newsletters to maintaining communication calendars for promotions and policy updates. You will act as a liaison between the field and the corporate office, gathering feedback to refine our strategies. A key aspect of the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and working closely with our internal French translator to ensure all communications meet Quebec language standards. Your work will directly impact how effectively our business initiatives are executed on the ground.
