About the Role
Reporting to the Public and Government Affairs Manager, the Communications Coordinator serves as a vital support pillar for the Public and Government Affairs team. This role blends creative communications with administrative precision to amplify the team's internal and external presence. You will be the creative force behind our internal signage and social media channels, crafting engaging content and managing posting calendars. From developing Canva flyers to monitoring social media trends and capturing photography, you will ensure our message resonates across all platforms. Additionally, you will play a key role in event logistics, helping to schedule public affairs events, gather community information, and manage promotional items, while also supporting internal planning meetings and budget tracking.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and have previous experience within the Government Affairs, Oil & Gas, Chemical Manufacturing sectors, or a similar industry.
