The Communications and Events Senior Associate at Tomorrow Energy Partners will support Clean Tomorrow and other organization's external presence to deepen engagement with key audiences. This role is responsible for supporting communications and events functions for multiple clients, including producing compelling content and materials that advance policy, and planning and executing events that convene stakeholders, build relationships, and elevate our work.
The ideal candidate is a strong implementer, a skilled project manager, and a natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about the clean energy and climate space. This role will report to the Senior Director.
Clean Tomorrow advances policies that reduce climate emissions by turning policy ambition into action. The organization works to catalyze rapid change that will accelerate the innovation and growth of clean energy by conducting original research and engaging with partner organizations to identify opportunities for changes in policy that are actionable in five years or fewer. Clean Tomorrow's strictly non-partisan stance places policy over ideology; the organization will form the diverse coalitions necessary to advance policies that truly reduce emissions and confront the urgency of climate change.

Experience working in a policy, advocacy, or think tank environment. Familiarity with energy, environment, or climate issues. Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar. Comfortable working in AI tools to advance communications goals and efforts. Comfort working in a small, collaborative team with a high-trust, entrepreneurial culture. Experience supporting senior leadership on external-facing work.
