Rather than remaining in general personal lines production, you will develop specialization in the trucking environment with guidance on trucking risk evaluation, carrier appetite alignment, compliance and regulatory filings, underwriting navigation, and book growth and retention strategy.
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity structured to support your long-term growth within the transportation sector. While individual results vary, the role offers uncapped earning potential based on written premium and policy retention. Opportunities for expanded leadership or team development may become available based on production and performance.
