About the Role
The Commercial Roofing Metal Superintendent serves as the operational backbone for our field projects, managing commercial roofing and sheet metal initiatives from start to finish. This role is designed for an experienced leader who ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
In this position, you will oversee field personnel and coordinate complex schedules across multiple projects. Your day-to-day involves supervising crews on the installation of standing seam, coping, fascia, ACM panels, and custom sheet metal systems. You will act as the primary liaison between the field, project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects. Knowledge of waterproofing and building envelope systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
