The Commercial Retail Property Manager serves as the steward for the physical operation, maintenance, lease administration, and fiscal management of a portfolio of commercial shopping centers and office buildings. This role exists to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of our properties, aligning daily activities with the owner's financial objectives.
In this position, you will supervise qualified personnel to service the building, prepare bid proposals, and hire outside contractors as authorized. You will act as the primary point of contact for tenants, maintaining positive relationships while ensuring compliance with lease terms. The role requires a balance of strategic financial oversight and hands-on operational management, from coordinating tenant improvements to responding to building emergencies on a 24/7 basis.
