About the Role
The Commercial Driving School (CDS) in Wentzville is seeking a Contract Trainer III to join our instructional team. This part-time role offers flexible hours and focuses on preparing students for careers in the commercial driving industry. The position is designed for individuals passionate about student success and committed to increasing the diversity of our faculty and staff.
As a Contract Trainer III, you will work collaboratively with the Commercial Driving Coordinator to deliver high-quality instruction. Your day-to-day activities will involve teaching students using state-of-the-art simulator training systems and the outdoor driving range. You will also accompany students on over-the-road practice sessions, providing real-world guidance and mentorship. Success in this role requires the ability to interact effectively with individuals from a variety of multi-cultural backgrounds while maintaining excellent customer service and regular attendance.
