AutoZone's store teams serve as the frontline of "WOW!" customer service, dedicated to ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. We foster an energizing culture rooted in people, committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.
As a Delivery Driver, you will put your safe driving skills to work in an essential industry, enjoying career stability and endless growth opportunities. This role is vital for driving sales and maintaining seamless store operations. You will drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while adhering to strict route schedules.
Beyond driving, you will act as a brand ambassador by engaging with customers to provide clear, professional automotive advice and offering installation services. You will also handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors, process secure payments, and maintain the delivery fleet by reporting any issues promptly. No Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required, making this an accessible entry point into a stable career path.
To join our team, please ensure you meet the minimum age requirement of 18 and possess a valid driver's license. We look for candidates with basic automotive knowledge and the physical ability to lift and load merchandise. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in automotive retail, or strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, you will stand out. A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is also a plus.
