AutoZone's store teams serve as the frontline of "WOW!" customer service, dedicated to ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. We foster an energizing culture rooted in people and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. As a Delivery Driver, you become an integral part of this mission, providing career stability and endless growth opportunities within an essential industry.
In this position, you will put your safe driving skills to work while enjoying the benefits of using company-provided vehicles—no Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required. You will drive to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers, ensuring safe and timely arrivals while adhering to strict route schedules. Your day will involve loading and unloading parts accurately, collecting returns and cores from nearby stores or vendors, and maintaining the delivery fleet.
Beyond driving, you will engage with both commercial customers and DIY shoppers to deliver clear, professional automotive advice and offer installation services. You will process customer payments securely and stay updated on promotions and products through AutoZone systems. This role requires close collaboration with store personnel to ensure smooth operations and strong customer relationships, all while maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
To apply, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Candidates should have basic knowledge of automotive parts and the physical ability to lift and load merchandise. We offer a full-time flexible schedule that includes mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
