About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Commercial Driver to join our transportation team. This role is vital to our mission, ensuring the safe and dignified movement of residents, team members, and guests throughout the community and to approved destinations. You will be the face of our hospitality, providing a welcoming presence while navigating the logistical needs of our senior living environment.

In this position, you will operate larger, regulated passenger vehicles requiring a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and passenger endorsement. Your day will involve transporting individuals to meals, medical appointments, community activities, shopping, and outings. Beyond driving, you will be responsible for conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections, operating wheelchair lifts and securement systems, and maintaining detailed transportation documentation. Success in this role requires a commitment to safety, strict adherence to traffic laws and infection prevention standards, and a genuine passion for service.
