About the Role
As a Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager (APM) for our Industrial division, you will obtain, evaluate, coordinate, and distribute the information and authorizations necessary to construct projects on time, within budget, and to the specified quality. This role is designed to protect and promote the interests of both the business and the client in all matters while demonstrating the personal characteristics of a beginner-level leader.
Most team members serve as APMs for two to six years, utilizing this period to learn paths, pursue growth, and access promotional opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the life of the project, ensuring that job processes, schedules, and quality control measures are effectively managed.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business. Previous experience on commercial job sites.
