We are seeking a Commercial and Residential Sales Manager to join our Distribution team in Manhattan, NY. This role offers the opportunity to work within a multinational environment that is in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects where you can make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCreate short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms
- check_circleExecute sales plans within agreed-upon timelines from customer or management
- check_circlePromote organization products through formal presentations to architects and designers
- check_circleDevelop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships
- check_circleMaintain accurate relationship and project details in the Salesforce CRM database
- check_circleCoordinate with account managers, fabricators, and contractors to ensure project execution
- check_circleProvide recommendations to senior management with key sales information on markets and regions
- check_circleRepresent and promote Cosentino at local chapter events for ASID, IIDA, and AIA
- check_circleManage own sales budget and maintain discipline to stay within assigned limits
Requirements
- verified4+ years of building materials / construction / commercial projects sales experience
- verified2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects
- verified1+ year of business development
- verifiedHigh School / GED
Nice to Have
Stone fabrication or distribution experience. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
