About the Role

As a Color Producer within our New York studio, you will serve as the vital link between our Colorists, clients, and internal teams. This role is dedicated to overseeing the color workflow for Short Form advertising projects, ensuring that every session runs with precision and strategic foresight. You will manage the day-to-day execution of projects, handling everything from scheduling and budgeting to maintaining the highest standards of client communication.

In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the creative process while ensuring their expectations are met. Your day will involve coordinating complex logistics, from setting up offline references and delivery specs to managing the flow of billable and non-billable tasks. You will work closely with Colorists and the operations team to anticipate challenges, develop creative solutions, and ensure that all project elements are delivered on time. This role requires a calm, solution-oriented presence, particularly when navigating high-pressure situations or tight deadlines.
