About the Team
MercyOne Ruan Neurology is an integrated multispecialty practice with a statewide referral network. Our team of 10 Neurologists and 4 Advanced Practice Providers manages the full spectrum of neurological diseases across all specialties. We are an MS Center of Excellence from The Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Center, and our comprehensive practice collaborates closely with Neurosurgery, PMR, and Pain Medicine. Rounding out the service are 3 Neuropsychologists who provide a wide range of testing.
MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center is a Level II Trauma center that has been faithfully serving the community since 1893. We operate 4 not-for-profit Catholic Medical Centers and two specialty hospitals with a total of 875 beds. Our parent organization, MercyOne Iowa, has 420 care locations including 18 owned hospitals and 25 affiliated medical centers meeting the needs of Iowans across the state.
