About the Team

Spark Homestead is part of The Heritage Community, a long-standing, established non-profit 501(c)(3) treatment program founded in 1984 and located in Provo, UT. We are a team of dedicated professionals committed to helping teenagers succeed by discovering their passions and reaching their full potential.

About the Role

As a Life Coach at Spark Homestead, you will work side-by-side with a diverse group of teenagers to help them develop life skills, set and achieve goals, and build confidence and resilience. Your day will involve coaching students one-on-one and in small groups, participating in a wide variety of activities such as sports, hiking, and rock climbing, and implementing clinical treatment plans. You will foster close, personal relationships to support students through their treatment progression, using mediation and intervention techniques to guide them during escalated moments. This role requires transporting students to off-campus appointments and maintaining a safe, caregiving environment.

Schedule and Flexibility

We offer a flexible schedule designed to accommodate your commitments while ensuring coverage for our students. Shifts are available Monday through Saturday, with options for morning (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) or evening (2:30 pm - 10:00 pm) blocks. A Sunday rotation is also included, requiring one Sunday every four weeks from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If your preferred schedule is full, we can train you and complete background checks to fill in shifts as they become available.

Hiring Process
