About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated CNC Operator for our Tucson branch to support critical production requirements. In this role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing floor, operating CNC machines alongside secondary operation equipment such as sand blasters, tumblers, grinders, and saws. Your work ensures that in-process checks are completed timely and that all products meet precise drawing specifications.
You will coordinate daily activities with the Team Lead and maintain a seamless workflow between shifts by documenting and communicating actions. A key part of your day involves managing production warehouse inventory through accurate reporting of materials used, waste, and scrap. You will also support the ISO program by adhering to processes and seeking productivity improvements to eliminate wasteful practices.
