Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDocument clinical activities and patient data in accordance with work unit standards
- check_circleProvide patient personal care including feeding, bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- check_circleAssist with patient mobility through lifting, turning, transferring, and ambulation
- check_circleCollect and transport biological samples such as urine, stool, and blood
- check_circleAssist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures
- check_circleMonitor patient conditions and report changes to the registered nurse
- check_circleOrder, stock, and replenish medical supplies and equipment as necessary
- check_circleMaintain a safe work environment and adhere to infection prevention protocols
Requirements
