About the Role
Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. In this person-centered role, you will provide care that ensures we meet every resident's unique needs. Your day will involve supporting the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of our community members. You will assist residents with activities of daily living and implement personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines. By providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging, you will help residents thrive. Additionally, you will work closely with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed in a timely manner.
