About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Fitness Coach to serve as the primary point of contact for new members and a driving force within our group fitness programs. In this role, you will guide members as they explore our offerings, helping them navigate our classes to find the best fit for their unique goals. You will play a key part in fostering a welcoming community, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring every participant feels motivated and supported.

Your day will involve leading high-energy, motivating group fitness classes such as Mossa, Club Dance, Age Series, and Yoga. Beyond instruction, you will be the face of our community, welcoming new members, introducing them to our programs, and encouraging active participation. You will track progress through body composition testing, connect members to fitness challenges and social events, and create an environment where individuals of all backgrounds feel comfortable and confident.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates should submit their application with a current fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, or Group Fitness Instructor certification). While experience in teaching group fitness or working in a community-focused environment is preferred, we value passion and the ability to connect with people above all else. Our team looks for individuals who are team-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and are ready to lead by example.
