About the Role

As a Cloud Cybersecurity Architect, you will serve as the authoritative voice on cloud security strategy for the FAA's Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) contract. This flagship program is focused on modernizing the National Airspace System (NAS), encompassing aviation safety, air traffic management, and next-generation airspace technology. You will sit at the intersection of cloud architecture, cybersecurity engineering, and federal compliance, ensuring that all cloud environments are built, operated, and maintained with a security-first mindset.

In this senior role, you will guide cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders through complex cybersecurity challenges in a mission-critical environment. Your work will be pivotal in securing the transformation of the NAS, translating complex risk postures into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences. This position is based in Herndon, Virginia, and requires an on-site presence.
