As a Sales Lead at our Independence store (226), you will serve as a vital link between our passionate team and our customers. This role is designed for individuals who love helping others find the perfect bottle and are eager to share their knowledge of our diverse product offerings.

The Role

In this position, you will drive sales growth and elevate the customer experience at our Independence location. You will engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs, recommending additional items to "build the basket" while answering questions and resolving concerns. Beyond direct customer interaction, you will motivate and energize sales associates to maintain a focus on exceptional service. You will also play a key role in educating shoppers about company initiatives, exclusive products, and special offerings like the wine club, ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Compensation & Growth

We offer a competitive starting pay rate of $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. Brown Jug supports educational-based pay increases, providing a clear path for your hourly rate to grow to over $30.00 as you develop your skills and knowledge.
